THE RCD League’s Richard Howatson has been presented with an award to recognise his service to the League.
Howatson, who has been involved in many Huddersfield sporting projects over the years, joins a surprisingly large band of eight committee members who have completed 21 or more years service to the RCD Junior League.
League president Laurie Platt was pleased to present Howatson with his chosen memento, an original painting called The proposal, which is by local artist Pauline Taylor.
