IN-FORM Town Ladies continued their superb run with a 7-2 victory over Blyth Town, which lifts them to eighth in the North East Premier Division.

Town dominated the first half and Sarah Kennerdale nodded home the first goal after only two minutes.

Jade Robshaw then took over, using her strength and pace to cause havoc in the Blyth defence, netting four times in the space of 30 minutes to give Huddersfield a 5-0 half-time lead.

Becky Catling added a sixth after 55 minutes, but as they tended to relax it allowed Blyth to net twice either side of a final Town strike from Kate Mallin.

The Reserves lost 4-2 at Farsley Celtic, where Michaela Jessop and an own goal counted for Town, but the Under 12s emulated their first team by netting seven times against Dearne Dragons.

Alesia Smith and Rachael Lockwood both scored twice, while Heather Langton, Molly Holman and an own goal accounted for the others.
