Here are the player ratings from Huddersfield Examiner's Huddersfield Town reporter Doug Thomson for the game against Sheffield Wednesday.

The fans' ratings are on page two.

IAN BENNETT
Beaten four times but made key saves to contribute and ran the length of the field to celebrate the equaliser. 7

GARY NAYSMITH
Showed his big-match experience with some vital challenges and might even have claimed a goal. 7

JACK HUNT
Kept busy by Wednesday’s wingmen Marshall and Prutton but stuck to his task after beating his ankle injury. 7

ALEX BRUCE
Worked very hard against a former club but will have been relieved that his card for handball was yellow. 7

PETER CLARKE
Supplied the assist for Town’s equaliser, however his earlier booking means a one-match suspension for the skipper. 7

DANNY WARD
Kept his place and played his part but will have been disappointed to let Marshall cross for the first goal. 7

OSCAR GOBERN
Made his first appearance in 11 games after injury. Added midfield steel and lasted the pace impressively. 8

TOMMY MILLER
Came back in and took some whacks against his previous club. Was instrumental in Town’s attacking phases. 8

JORDAN RHODES
Produced a superb display of finishing to become Town’s first four-goal star since Craig Maskell at Cardiff in 1990. 9

LEE NOVAK
Unable to convert a good second-half chance but his running helped stretch the Wednesday rearguard. 7

GARY ROBERTS
With assists for three of the four goals, the rampaging winger was one of Town’s key performers. 8
