Huddersfield Town make the journey down to St Mary’s Stadium to play Southampton this Christmas weekend.

On the back of a 4-1 win against Watford last weekend, the Terriers look to keep up their strong performance with the Saints hot on their heels, sitting one place behind 11th place Town.

The teams’ last meeting, on August 26, saw a 0-0 draw between the two sides with German head coach David Wagner delighted at the time to have kept three consecutive clean sheets at the beginning of the club's inaugural Premier League campaign.

Town will travel to the South Coast without Elias Kachunga (knee), Jonathan Hogg (red card), Phillip Billing (ankle), Jon Gorenc Stankovic (knee) and Michael Hefele (Achilles), but there is hope for Chris Lowe, despite a substitution for a foot injury at Watford.
