FC Halifax Town are hoping to attract extra fans with some package deals.

Neil Aspin’s Blue Square North side are not in action until Solihull Moors visit The Shay on Tuesday.

In an effort to get more people through the gates, Sales Executive Nigel Walker has implemented a ‘January Sale’.

Adult admission on Tuesday is £13 and any accompanying children aged 12 and under get in free.

Then for those who fancy a special night out, £29 provides entry to the game and dining.

Walker said: “We’re offering a cheaper package for entry into the game and to come up into the suite for food, a two course meal with tea and coffee.

“We’re just trying to get bodies through the door. In January, people can have a bit of Christmas money left and want to do something a little bit different.”

Meanwhile, three postponed matches have been re-arranged.

Ossett Town away in the West Riding County Cup semi-finals is now on Wednesday January 23, while the Corby Town home League match will be staged on Tuesday, March 12.

Colwyn Bay (away) will now be the following Tuesday, March 19.

Brighouse Town visit Pickering Town in the Baris Northern Counties East Premier Division tomorrow.
