MIDFIELD force Lee Fowler is relishing the prospect of becoming a promotion winner in his native South Wales and vowed: "This is our time to win."

The Cardiff-born Terrier would love to celebrate his 21st birthday in a couple of weeks as a Division II player.

He knows for that to happen Peter Jackson's side will have to score a first win over Mansfield this season in Monday's play-off final (3.00).

"It's like a Cup final and there are no second chances," said Fowler, who signed from Coventry City because of the massive influence of Town coach Terry Yorath.

"We've had a draw down at Mansfield and then lost against them at home, so this is our time to win.

"We are big players and this is a big stage. Maybe we should have gone up already, but we are in the final now and it's up to us to produce the goods on the day."

Fowler has already bought 30 tickets for his family and has more on the way!

"It's a great staduim with a brilliant atmosphere - they can have 70,000 people on the sound system at the push of a button - and the lads will really enjoy it," he said.

"I think the training this week has been our best of the season, the lads look really fit and strong and everyone is battling for a place.

"Hopefully we will go there and do ourselves proud."
