TOWN are swapping the sunshine of Ibiza for cooler climes for their next pre-season tour.
Peter Jackson will prepare for the next Coca-Cola campaign in Sweden.
Town will be involved in a week-long tour this summer, with the club playing at least two games against top Swedish opposition in preparation for the 2007-08 season.
The tour is being organised again by PlayHard Sports, the company which for the last two seasons has organised very successful trips to Ibiza for Town and other clubs including Watford, Sheffield Wednesday, Coventry and Swindon.
Fans will have a choice of staying in a four-star hotel or other, discounted accommodation.
Fans are urged to book through official channels.
Dates are still to be decided but further information will be available soon.
"We have had a couple of good years in Ibiza, where the facilities and the organisation have been good, but this is something different for the players and the fans, and we hope many will make it part of their summer holidays,"said manager Peter Jackson today.
Town last went to Sweden in 1999, under Steve Bruce, when they played Pitea, Umea and Burtrask.
Town defeated Pitea 5-1, lost 2-0 to Umea side and beat Burtrask 9-0.
