DON'T expect any big Manchester United-style takeovers at Town!
That was the message from Ken Davy today as he plans for sustained success at the Galpharm.
"Every so often, I think every club gets circular letters claiming they've got someone who wants to buy a football club," he said.
"Huddersfield Town are far too important to be susceptible to that kind of approach because this is a special club - the first to win three successive Championships.
"We need to keep our feet on the ground for our supporters and make steady progress within the financial structure that we've got.
"We didn't quite make break-even this time, but we hope next year perhaps we might be on the right side."
