CAPTAIN Chris Lucketti’s absence through injury and Andy Holdsworth’s replacement by Jim Goodwin against Northampton means Michael Flynn is one of only three remaining Town ever-presents just nine matches into the season.

Goalkeeper Matt Glennon and winger Gary Roberts are the others to have started every match.

Flynn has been brought off twice, in the games against Stockport and MK Dons, while Roberts was substituted after scoring twice in the 4-0 Carling Cup win over Bradford.

Manager Stan Ternent has had 24 different players in his nine matchday squads so far, with 21 figuring (Alex Smithies, James Berrett and Tom Clarke are the unused substitutes).

Flynn and Roberts are joint top scorers with three apiece.
