Hull City will have a large vocal army backing them in Saturday’s trip to Huddersfield Town.

Sheffield Wednesday achieved a sell-out of the Chadwick Lawrence Stand and now Steve Bruce’s club are selling their allocation fast.

So far, just under 2,000 Hull City fans have bought seats for the John Smith’s Stadium clash.

And it’s expected they could reach 3,000 by kick-off at 3pm on Saturday.

Town sold 465 tickets for their trip to Middlesbrough following the 1-0 home defeat to Sheffield Wednesday, which means they will have more than 500 backing them on Teesside, where fans can pay cash at the gate.
