If you had somehow missed the fact that Aston Villa had been relegated from the Premier League, a couple of minutes at Huddersfield Town's weekend clash with Birmingham City would have been enough to clue you in.

The visiting supporters were relentless in their chants about their cross city rivals, with Villa's Championship status as of August officially confirmed with games to spare.

With Birmingham's play-off hopes extinguished after a promising start to the campaign, they resorted to glorifying in their neighbours' demise - including bringing a coffin to the John Smith's Stadium, decked out in Villa's traditional claret and blue colours.

It didn't manage to sneak into the away end, but it received plenty of attention in the car park ahead of kick off!
