Huddersfield Town u21s ended the season in style, claiming a 2-1 victory in the play-off final against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.

Already crowned Professional Development League II North section champions, Town claimed play-off success at the home of the Blades - Jacob Hanson netting the winner after Ben Whiteman had netted for the hosts to cancel out William Boyle's headed opener.

All three goals came after the 80 minute mark to produce an exciting end to the occasion, watched by 4,018 fans.

Frankie Bunn paid tribute to his players, particularly the back five who stood strong in the face of considerable pressure from the hosts - with the line led by Che Adams, who has scored 12 goals in League One for the club's first team this term.
