THE Trust welcomes the provision of the new financial information that was evident in Ken Davy's statement last Saturday, however there is a feeling that the notes raise further concerns and questions.

It is particularly worrying that the club is projecting a loss on the present season of some £454,000 - based on an average attendance of 12,500 which is clearly not being achieved.

The Trust has always been focused on what can be done to help build a solid future for Huddersfield Town - a future that needs as much support as it can get.

Surely it would make sense to have an official body working with the club rather than being alienated, or at the very least ignored, as appears to be the case at present?

The Trust does participate in the Development Association but this can be discounted in this context because it is concerned solely with the Academy and doesn't address wider club issues.

The Trust has reiterated its offer to enter a meaningful dialogue with the club in an attempt to bridge the gap between club and supporter.

Perhaps the appointment of Sean Jarvis presents one such opportunity. It was certainly heartening to read his programme notes.
