THIS week we look at our objective of "campaigning for the rights of football supporters at all levels of the British game".

The Trust, as well as Town's Supporters Club, is affiliated to the Football Supporters Federation, an amalgamation of the National Federation of Football Supporters' Clubs and the Football Supporters' Association.

The FSF is the national organisation for all fans made up of more than 130,000 individuals, who are members of supporters' groups from every club in the professional structure and many non-League clubs.

There is a copy of the FSF's Blueprint for Football at www.fsf.org.uk/downloads/fsf fansblueprint.pdf

The FSF campaigns on practical issues such as discriminatory pricing, rescheduling of kick-off times with no thought for fans, disabled supporter facilities and stewarding and policing.

It also calls for "the creation of one governing body governing all levels of football in England to replace the current multiplicity of leagues and associations".

Its second call is for "the introduction of revenue sharing between all professional clubs where one quarter of all League TV and gate revenue (including executive boxes) is pooled and divided equally".

The overall aim is to make football more popular than ever for the participating fan by improving its management and the facilities provided.

The Trust is proud of its affiliation and will play its part as best it can.
