YMCA Under 11’s remain on track for three trophies this season.
And to make sure they arrive for their cup finals in style they have been kitted out with brand new clothing.
The Temujin Restaurant, in Milnsbridge, has provided the side with brand new shirts in the club colours and embroidered with the YMCA club logo.
Temujin is the birth name of Ghenghis Khan, the great 12th century Mongol leader.
And the YMCA club are hoping to build a football empire to match the empire built by Khan.
The restaurant, whose speciality is Mongolian barbecue/stir fry, is owned by David Johnston.
He said: “Forming a partnership with a local football team fits in very well with the restaurant’s ethos of ‘Healthy Eating’
“We want to be associated with a well run club and the YMCA facilities at Laund Hill are excellent.”
