HUDDERSFIELD Town right-back Lee Peltier saw red after just 14 minutes to make this game an uphill task for the Terriers.
Former Yeovil man Peltier was given his marching orders when the referee decided he had elbowed Dean Bowditch in the first half.
The sending off heralded a reshuffle by Lee Clark but the changes weren't enough to stop Yeovil taking the lead.
Andrew Williams held off two Town defenders to put Yeovil into the lead shortly before half time.
But in the 58th minute Antony Kay crashed home a headed equaliser from Anthony Pilkington's corner but despite their best efforts, Town couldn't find a second goal to seal a win.
