Huddersfield Ladies played their final match in the Aegon Team Tennis League on Sunday 1st June against Thongsbridge Ladies.
Both teams are in the National tier of the competition and have competed against the following teams in the North region: Holcolmbe Brook (Bury), Rawdon (Leeds), Virgin Active Lancashire and Wrexham.
Both teams were guaranteed safety and couldn’t finish in the top 2 places so were fighting it out for 3rd/4th spot.
After the 4 singles were played the score was 2-2. So it was all down to the doubles where both Huddersfield pairs came out on top. The overall score being 4-2.
