Huddersfield Town players have taken to social media to give their reaction after their dramatic 4-3 penalty-shoot out victory in the Sky Bet Championship play-off final.
Christopher Schindler scored the winning penalty after Danny Ward denied Jordan Obita to signal The Terriers return to the top-flight of English football for the first time since 1972.
