Sausages serve up success

Angling: Garlic and sausage paste worked wonders for Chris Slater in the latest angling competition at Low Hills Pond, Lindley (writes Stephen Svejnoha). Callum had a mixed net in third, while pond expert K Griffiths fished caster for seven bream. Slater stuck to his homemade paste formula for the next competition, which saw him take carp and some big roach to again finish in first place.
