CAROL HARPIN, of Marsh United, retained the prestigious Huddersfield Ladies Merit crown at Netherton Con.

Harpin, who is also treasurer of the league, won the title with a 21-10 victory against Meltham BC’s Andrea Buckley to lift the trophy and claim the £100 winner’s cheque.
