Sponsored by the hosts, play gets under way at 2.00 with scratching at 2.15 and there should be some intriguing action.
That’s particularly so in the first round, when cousins James and Michael Martin – both of Almondbury Lib – are drawn to play each other.
Last year’s winner G O’Sullivan plays Peter Hopkinson in the first round. Dress code applies and home bowlers are off 3,2,1 and scratch through the rounds.
