GARY ELLIS entertained a 200-strong crowd when beating Jack Hargreaves 21-9 in the Invitation 16 in memory of Steven Wilson at Lower Hopton. He collected the £400 prize and the Tetley Bitterman Trophy, just reward after he defeated Yorkshire Merit champion Scott Fisher 21-19 in the semis after trailing 19-12.
Hargreaves enjoyed a tremendous victory over Graeme Wilson, 21-20, after trailing 17-8 in his quarter-final.
