LINDLEY A are champions of the Huddersfield and District Liberal League.

They follow on from last season’s success to retain the Mallinson Cup and captain Robert Senior is also in line for the highest average prize, winning 15 out of 15 with an aggregate of plus 8. Meltham A, just pipped Almondbury A, for the runners-up spot.

In Section B, Kirkheaton A are winners with a massive 143 points.
