The Perry’s Cars-sponsored side scored a fantastic 36-20 victory over Bradford in the Yorkshire Veterans Inter-District League.

At home – they played at Meltham No1 – Huddersfield did an excellent job with six wins to chalk a 21-7 success.

And away at Oakenshaw Park it was a real struggle, but great wins for Frank Griffin, John Shaw and Eddie Haigh were enough for a 15-13 win and that overall victory.

Huddersfield are next in action against Halifax a week on Friday.
