CHRIS ASTON is plotting a quartet of wins as four Huddersfield boxers prepare to go into the ring at Halifax tomorrow.

The North Bridge Leisure Centre is the venue for a show which will feature Tyrone Nurse, Alistair ‘Burt’ Warren, Jason McCalmon and Michael Smith.

Fight fans can pay on the night, and will hope to see Nurse, the reigning British Masters light-welterweight champion, make it 17 victories from 17 bouts.

Super-middleweight McCalmon also has a perfect record going into his fourth fight since turning pro.

Light-middle Smith has two wins and two draws from four so far while the only setback on Warren’s card was in his WBC youth super- middleweight clash with Frenchman Hugo Kasperski in Geneva in November.

Kasperski has since made a successful defence against Colombian Milton Nunez.

Tomorrow’s card also features popular Halifax boxer Patrick Liam Walsh and ex-Rawthorpe amateur fighter Scott Gladwin.
