IT WAS a Marsden double when the Hemplow course played host to the Huddersfield Wednesday Golf Society. The Division I prize went to David Braithwaite, the 12 handicapper scoring 35 points and winning on a back nine countback from Outlane’s Peter Boakes.
Next week, the Wednesday Society are having a trip to Bradford to play Hawksworth, while the following week (July 13) it is the Captain’s Prize Day at Bradley Park.
