Golf: Paul Carman impresses in the PGA North Region Mansell Finishes Pro-am

PAUL Carman shot a three under par 69 to tie sixth in the second of the PGA North Region Mansell Finishes Pro-am series at St Annes Old Links where Phil Archer and Ian Ridgeway shared top spot on 66.

The Fixby professional is entered for the sell-out next event in the series at SAOL on November 26.

He will play along with John Eyre (Woodsome Hall) and Richard Lambert (Crosland Hedath). Robert Booth (Bradley Hall) is sixth reserve.
