CHRIS Hanson was joined by Simon Lilly (Wellingborough) and Paul Doherty (Vale Hotel) in the lead on one under par going into the final round of the PGA Europro Tour Championship at De Vere Slaley Hall.
The Woodsome Hall man led by one after his opening round 70 but found the second round tougher going and he carded a one over 73.
The 24-year-old began well with birdies at the fourth and sixth holes moving him to four under, but a double-bogey at seven was followed by bogeys at eight and nine to move to level par. Three birdies and two bogeys on the back nine meant he finished under par.
