WEST Yorkshire golf stewards turned out in force for their golf day at Outlane.
A large gathering also congregated in the clubhouse afterwards to be wined and dined by the Outlane staff on a glorious afternoon of sunshine and team golf.
The stewards played for both team and individual prizes.
The four-man event saw home advantage for Outlane, with first-out Graham Mason, Mick Wood, Tony Stead and Tony Kaye posting an unbeatable score of 104 Stableford points.
Calverley’s David Littlewood, Ian Adams, Tony Roberts and Rob Dayntly scored 96 points to take second place on a count back with Bradley Hall.
Individual first prize went to Albert Beggs of South Leeds with 37 points, six better than David Littlewood from Calverley.
Third was Tony Ross (Forest Of Galtres), who was on 30 points.
