HELEN CALVERLEY was a double title winner as the Huddersfield Badminton League Tournaments were held at Whitcliffe Mount Sports Centre.
The Valley St James player took the Ladies A title alongside clubmate Rachel Fay and then teamed up with Nick Shoreman to capture the Mixed A crown.
Chris Hough and Oliver Platt took the Men’s A title, while Arran Gill and Liam Moore won the Men’s B section. Jean Gledhill and Helen Lambert took the Ladies B crown.
Diane Horton and Ian Carpenter won the Mixed B title
The Tournament Committee were thanked by competitors in the full-day competition for their organisation and running of the event.
