TOP club awards were handed out when Colne Valley Black Belt Academy held their Xtravaganza.

The event enables students to showcase their skills for family and friends before the presentation of prizes.

Demonstrations of the different styles of martial arts taught at the Academy took place, from well-known disciplines like karate to lesser known ones like Pencak silat.

It proved informative and fun and the Academy have an extensive timetable of classes available, from little ninjas (4-7 years) upwards at www.cvbba.co.uk (01484 844386).
