NETHERTON racer Josh Caygill is looking to build on a good Brands Hatch experience for the British Superbike meeting at Cadwell Park (August 26-28).

At the Kent track Caygill found plenty of positives as he managed to work his way through the field in the Supersport Cup to gain 17th place – a bonus after a battle this season.

“Brands Hatch was good for me and the Map Triumph team,” said Caygill.

“I had some strong races and worked my way through the field well in both the superpole race and then the main race – 17th place felt like a podium finish after the last few rounds which have been difficult to say the least!

“But once again my team did everything they could to get me back fighting for points.”
