KEITH GLEDHILL was the surprise name at the head of this week’s leading break-makers in the SMileS Huddersfield Open Snooker League.
A 12-handicapper with Moldgreen Conservative C team, Gledhill knocked in a break of 48 to defeat Lepton Liberal Club’s B Kavanagh 69-58 in the Section 3B clash which Moldgreen went on to win 3-1.
Golcar RBL’s Lee Shaw made a 45 break, but still lost to Lindley’s Richard Harradine as the two sides shared a 2-2 draw.
