BOROUGH of Kirklees enjoyed three club records and five national qualifying times when they sent a team to the Lincoln Vulcans meet at Ponds Forge.
In fact, a haul of 23 medals was tremendous and Ryan Flanagan was again on form, swimming his second club record in a week.
It came in the 200m Medley. His time of 2min 12.92sec was three seconds faster than the previous record set in 1996.
William Thackray swam a club record of 2-48.47 on his way to winning the 11 years 200m Butterfly and made it a double with a win in the 100m event.
Alex Durkin is also going well at the moment and knocked half a second off the record time when winning the 13 years 50m Freestyle in 27.66sec.
Other winners were: Katy Venters (17 and over 100/200 Backstroke), George Flesher (12 years 100 Breaststroke), Abigail Hirstle (16 years 100 Butterfly) and Alicia Holdsworth (15 years 400 Free).
