Taekwondo: Trio of medals for Huddersfield’s True Spirit at British Championships

TRUE SPIRIT had three medalists from their team in the British Championships in Manchester.

Jason Bellanfante reached his final in the plus-43kg category (up to 11 years) at the British Taekwondo Control Board event and couldn’t quite claim gold, returning to Huddersfield with the silver medal.

True Spirit then had two bronze medals in the Cadets section (11 to 13 years) – Alex Needham in the minus-49kg and Rebecca Shooter in the minus-45kg.
