EMLEY MOOR have reached the Holliday Cup final.
The in-form Pennine League Second Division title-chasers proved far too strong for Division V hosts Meltham All Blacks as they stormed to a 54-4 semi-final triumph.
And under the coaching command of Giants captain Danny Brough, Moor will no doubt be relishing their final encounter with holders Slaithwaite Saracens at Lockwood Park on Easter Monday.
Meltham may have made a promising start to the last-four clash and were just 6-4 behind after the opening quarter.
But after that, the visitors began to take complete control.
Brothers Jason and Darren Southwell followed up Dave Pawson’s opener to make it 18-4 at the break, with John Roebuck having added all three conversions.
All three tryscorers doubled their tally after the interval, while Dean Bradshaw (twice), Graham Hyland, John Gledhill, Dan Pawson and Marcus Southwell also crossed to underline their higher-division status.
