St Josephs and Lindley Swifts meet each other in Pennine League Championship I today.

The two sides faced off last month, with Joes edging a thriller 14-12.

St Josephs have managed just one game since that day - last week’s 36-6 win over Bentley Good Companions.

Swifts have suffered a terrible season so far, winning just one game to sit second bottom on three points.

Their last outing came against Illingworth in the Cup four weeks ago, a game they lost 18-10.

Joes go into the game in reasonably good form, having won their last three games.

A victory over Swifts would move them onto 14 points for the season, and could put them fifth, while Lindley are seven points adrift of third bottom Morley Borough. Also in Championship I, Newsome Panthers host Batley Boys.

A win for Newsome would leave them just one point behind second placed Brighouse, who aren’t playing this weekend.

Panthers’ opponents, Batley Boys, sit two places behind them in fifth.

In Division IV, Emley Moor travel to Thornhill Trojans A v Emley Moor.
