HUDDERSFIELD Giants brought the house down with their annual one-off pantomime at the Lawrence Batley Theatre.
Players from the club's Super League squad joined forces with the Huddersfield Light Opera Company for a special performance of Humpty Dumpty.
It was performed in front of a packed LBT full of Giants fans, who saw six of their heroes put through their paces.
"It really was a great performance and the lads loved it," said Giants marketing manager James Brammer.
"They only had one practice session with the cast, but you wouldn't have known.
"They were all absolute stars and the audience lapped it up.
"I hope they enjoy our opening home game against St Helens early next month just as much!
"That's obviously what we're working towards now.
"But we're already looking forward to appearing in the pantomime again next year - if they'll have us, of course!"
