NEWSOME Panthers Under 15s and 14s remain unbeaten after a weekend disrupted by the weather.

The in-form Under 15s continued their incredible success this season by dispatching Queens Knights 30-4.

Tries were scored by Joe Haywood (2), John Waite, Jayden Wood, Tom Weavill and man-of-the-match Sam Harding.

Connor O'Gorman, Daniel Mullarkey and Tom Weavill shared the kicking duties in the Panthers' 14th win in 14 games.

The Under 14s' fighting spirit prevailed in a tough 16-0 win at Keighley.

With the scores level at half-time Panthers secured their breakthrough with touchdowns from Scott Farnsworth, Harry Ainsworth and Curtis Todd.

Those efforts earned Todd man-of-the-match, while Tom Eidson added the extras with the boot.

The Under 18s returned to form with a comfortable home win over Garforth Tigers.

Nathan Chappel and Luke Walker gave Panthers an 8-6 interval lead, while excellent defence kept the visitors at bay.

Further tries came from Austin Barrowclough, Ben Cuttell, Tom Guinan, Chappell and Walker to clinch a 32-10 victory.

Poor conditions and careless mistakes were to blame as the Under 11s slipped to defeat against a strong Keighley side.

They trailed to two early converted tries, but hit back in the second half as Nathan Pimm crossed the whitewash.

However, Keighley were always in control and scored again to complete a 18-6 win.
