BOTH of the Giants' Academy sides are in action this weekend and are on their travels.
The Senior Academy face Hull KR at Craven Park tomorrow (2.30), while the Juniors play Widnes Vikings at Widnes RU Club on Sunday (noon).
A squad for the Under 21s has yet to be finalised, with injuries still proving a headache.
The latest to join the casualty list of senior regulars is young Super League squad man Sam Barlow, right, who has a shoulder injury.
But the good news is that hooker Matthew Whitaker, left, returns after missing the last game with a shin injury.
And they will also be boosted by the arrival of Tom Hemingway and Leroy Cudjoe, who have been cut from the Giants' initial 20-man Super League squad announced earlier in the week.
It's a match the Giants should be hopeful of winning, with their hosts having lost all of their opening six fixtures.
The Under 18s should also be full of confidence heading to Widnes.
A week ago they were too strong for Harlequins and it should be the same against the Vikings.
Junior Academy: Heeley; Lopag, Chappell, Good, Barber; Robinson, Broady; Guinan, Wlliams, Roberts, Wilson, Gorman, Housley. Subs: Maxwell, Brown, Cuttell, Thomas.
