CONFIDENT Giants captain Ben Roarty is determined to make the Galpharm Stadium a Super League fortress!

Huddersfield entertain London Broncos on Sunday (3.00) in their first home game in three weeks.

The Giants go into the contest as favourites and are desperate to notch a fourth home win of the campaign.

But Huddersfield have also been beaten at home by Leeds, St Helens and Hull in Super League and by Saints in the Challenge Cup.

And Roarty has made it clear that his Giants will not take too kindly to suffering any further defeats on home soil - a message they are determined to ram home against the Broncos this weekend.

"The Galpharm is our home ground and there's nothing better than sending our opponents home empty-handed," declared the 28-year-old.

"We've set ourselves a target of winning all of our remaining home matches, starting with Sunday's game against London Broncos.

"It's not going to be easy, we know that, but we have the ability to do it and that's what we intend to do.

"London are bound to make it tough for us. We expect a physical battle in the forwards and they've got a a lot of craftiness around the halves.

"But we want them to worry about us more than we worry about them.

"This is our first home game for three weeks and we hope to announce our return in some style."

Roarty will lead a pack that is expected to show few changes from the one in action in the Giants' last Super League clash at Leeds 13 days ago.

But coach Jon Sharp may be in a position to re-shuffle his back line if required.

Stanley Gene (shoulder), Hefin O'Hare (knee) and Stuart Donlan (groin) all missed the trip to Headingley but are closing in on their return.

All three will undergo late fitness tests, as will stand-off Chris Thorman, who is still struggling with a back injury.
