EXCITED Giants officials are hoping schoolchildren will be out in force at tomorrow's Galpharm clash against the Wolves.
Community Marketing Manager Lisa Jagger (pictured left) and her team have been working flat-out promoting the game in junior schools throughout the area.
With all junior school children gaining free admission to Giants' home games, a bumper turn-out is expected.
And Jagger admits the feedback she has received following all her school visits has been highly encouraging.
"The children all seem genuinely excited when the Giants pay them a visit," she said.
"Over the past few months, we have recruited a lot of new young Giants fans, and hopefully that will be reflected inside the stadium tomorrow.
"Nothing would give me greater pleasure than to see the Galpharm packed with these new supporters."
The highlight of the Giants' winter schools' programme was undoubtedly the SimplyBiz/Sportsmatch Rugby League Festival.
Eleven schools took part, and the pupils are pictured (left) with Big G, teaching staff and Giants staff at the event at Scissett (pic ref: 519-1-06).
