THE two squads for the Huddersfield Giants' Family Cricket Fun Day at Golcar CC tomorrow have been announced.

The action gets under way at 1.00, with England ready to do battle against the Rest of The World.

The World squad have been dealt a blow with the loss of Stanley Gene with his dislocated foot.

But captain Ben Roarty believes they have the players capable of beating their hosts.

"I think we've got the right blend of youth and experience and can cause England some problems," he predicted.

"But there have been rumours that some of the Lancashire boys, and in particular Stuart Jones and Paul Smith, have been in the nets in preparation.

"It should prove very interesting."

Making up the numbers for the Rest of the World squad are physio Martin Higgins, club doctor Amit Pannu and sports masseur Steve Moslin.

They also have two English `ringers' in coaches Chris Plume and Jason Davidson.

Fellow coaches Jon Sharp and Lee St Hilaire are in the England squad.

England: Crabtree, Donlan, White, Grayshon, Joseph, Jones, Penkywicz, Reilly, Smith, St Hilaire (M), Fleary, Whittaker, Sharp, St Hilaire (L).

Rest of the World: Bailey, Costin, Evans, Gannon, Morrison, Nero, O'Hare, Roarty, Slicker, Moslin, Higgins, Pannu, Plume, Davidson.
