NEW Australian signing Brad Drew is predicting a narrow victory for his country in tomorrow's Tri-Nations final against Great Britain.

The Huddersfield hooker paid a special visit to the Kangaroos training camp yesterday and believes the squad are in good shape to face the Lions.

But he admits that his mates will have to play to their maximum potential to guarantee success.

"Australia will win, of course, but only by four," he predicted.

"When it comes to the crunch I just feel we have that little bit extra in matches of this intensity.

"The boys know they will be in for a very tough test, there's no doubt Great Britain are catching up.

"But that should ensure Australia play their best.

"They also know that they will cop a fair bit of flak back home if they fail, and they don't want that.

"All the signs at training suggest Darren Lockyer will be fully fit to play and that will make a huge difference.

"He could be the man to win the match."
