THE Giants are hoping fans turn out in force for tomorrow's home pre-season clash against Wigan (3.00).

It will be Huddersfield's first game at the Galpharm since the final Super League match of last season against Bradford Bulls on September 17.

All five of the Giants' new recruits will be in action, with Shane Elford, Darrell Griffin (right), Ryan Hudson, Jamahl Lolesi and John Skandalis named in a 21-man squad.

With the Warriors also expected to field all their new signings, including former Australian Test stars Trent Barrett and Phil Bailey, a quality contest should be guaranteed.

And Giants marketing chief James Brammer is confident his side will give a good account of themselves.

"This is our first game at the stadium for four months, and it promises to be a cracker," he said.

"The new boys have all fitted in really well in the time they have been here, and I know a great deal of excitement has been generated on the back of their first appearances tomorrow.

"Everyone has returned from the training camp in Portugal in great shape, and I know the lads can't wait to get cracking. There really isn't a better test for us right now than playing against Wigan, who were one of the form teams at the end of last season.

"Hopefully, our fans will turn out in force tomorrow and help give the boys an extra lift. The Wigan supporters are going to be there in numbers and the atmosphere should be fantastic."
