HUDDERSFIELD Giants have already sold over 500 season tickets for Super League XI.
The promising early uptake has come on the back of the club's offer for every ticket holder who signs up before the end of this month to appear on their own official 2006 Giants squad picture.
And it is expected that many more will be sold ahead of the September 30 deadline.
Wendy Lee became the 500th season ticket holder when she signed up for 2006 at the start of the week.
To recognise that fact, Wendy was presented with a signed team photograph, and she is now looking forward to appearing on the squad picture herself!
"I was desperate to get my picture taken with the squad," said Wendy.
"Because I couldn't get down to buy a ticket myself before the end of the week, I got my friend to get it for me. There was no way I was going to miss out on having my picture with the boys!
"I think this is a great idea and an excellent way of encouraging more people to come on board.
"The Giants deserve far more support, because they're playing some fantastic rugby right now.
"This is a great way of making that happen."
The Giants ticket office is open until 5pm tonight and 9am to 5pm tomorrow. Tickets can also be bought by phoning 0870 4444552.
