Huddersfield Giants Under 19s will be looking to put a disappointing Academy week behind them when they face Hull KR in a Super League curtain-raiser at Craven Park later today (5.30).
The high-flying challenge of coach Chris Thorman’s men suffered two hammer blows last week with the heavy 56-12 defeat at Wigan followed by the 48-24 home loss to London Broncos.
But if they can get back on track against Rovers, their top-four challenge will remain a realistic aim.
And they have been boosted by the arrival on-loan of full-back or half-back Daniel Abram from St Helens.
