Huddersfield Giants have confirmed their player departures in the wake of last night's play-off exit at the hands of Warrington Wolves .

Dale Ferguson, Jamie Cording, Luke George and Matty Dawson have officially left the club today, with Ferguson and George having already been confirmed as Bradford Bulls players for 2014 .

And their departures leave the way clear for the expected arrival of winger Jodie Broughton from Salford City Reds and London Broncos' former Australia Test back-row forward Chris Bailey.

Minor Super League XVIII champions Huddersfield are also believed to be looking to bring in at least one more new signing.
