EXCITED Giants officials are confident there will be a bumper Huddersfield turn-out for Saturday’s play-off clash against Hull at the KC Stadium.

Initial demand for tickets for the Giants’ first appearance in the Super League play-offs has been high.

That’s been helped by the RFL’s initiative of offering a family ticket for two adults and two children for just £25 and a 20% discount for season-ticket holders on admission prices.

“We were very busy at the ticket office at the start of the week and the phone lines were red hot,” reported marketing manager James Brammer.

“All the signs suggest there will be a big Huddersfield backing at the KC Stadium.”

As well as a positive demand for tickets for this weekend’s play-off clash, Brammer also admits that Huddersfield’s first top-six finish has helped the push for 2008 season tickets.

Fans have until this Friday to buy their Super League XIII tickets to qualify to have their photograph taken with the 2008 Giants first-team squad and be presented with their own personalised copy.

Season-ticket prices have been frozen for next year, with adults saving £64.50 on game-by-game prices if they purchase before the Loyalty Discount Date of October 31.

New adult season-ticket holders buying before the Early Bird Deadline of November 30 will save £55.50 when compared with the game-by-game prices.

Season tickets for primary school children are free, with tickets for secondary school children just £35 for ALL Giants home and away engage Super League fixtures.

“We are confident we will have more season-ticket holders than ever before,” added Brammer.

The Galpharm ticket office will be open until 7pm tonight selling season tickets and Hull play-off tickets.
