WE were outmuscled and bullied, which I find very disappointing.
Everyone knew this was going to be a tough, physical game, but we just didn’t seem to be able to handle that.
On top of that, we were also fully aware that we needed to make a good start to prevent Catalans from building up some good momentum.
Again, we failed on that front as well, conceding two quick tries, which forced us straight onto the back foot.
Then there were the errors we came up with time and time again.
That meant we had no field position and we soon began to lose the energy battle.
And against the side that reclaimed second spot in Super League on the back of this victory, it was always going to be difficult for us.
Yes, this is a very tough place to come.
But I still expected much better from the team than this.
